These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Shak Smith Aesthetics (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking an appointment, purchasing a course, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings & Appointments

All appointments must be booked via our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final treatment cost.
Your booking is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you cancel within 1 day of your treatment you will be charged 100%
If you cancel within 2 days of your treatment you will be charged 50%
If you cancel within 3 days of your treatment you will be charged 20%
To reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Treatment Eligibility

All new clients must complete a consultation and medical history form before treatment.
Treatments will only be carried out if you are deemed medically suitable.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment for medical, ethical, or professional reasons.

4. Payments

We accept card payments, Klarna, Clearpay, and cash.
Full payment is due at the time of treatment or course purchase.
All prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Refunds & Returns

We do not offer refunds on treatments or courses once completed.
Deposits are non-refundable except where we cancel your appointment.
Skincare products cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.

6. Results & Expectations

Results vary based on individual circumstances and cannot be guaranteed.
Multiple sessions may be required to achieve the desired outcome.
We will provide aftercare instructions — following these is essential for best results.

7. Courses & Training

By enrolling in our training, you agree to abide by the course guidelines and completion requirements.
Course fees are non-refundable unless cancelled by us.
Course materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We handle all personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and [Cookie Policy].
We may contact you with appointment reminders, important updates, or marketing (with your consent).

9. Liability

We are not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice.
Any concerns must be reported to us within 72 hours of treatment.
